Asphalt concrete production
UAB Autokausta is one of the most advanced producers of asphalt concrete, PMB modified bitumen and bitumen emulsion in Lithuania, standing out for its technological progress, high quality and reliability in the road and infrastructure sector. Consistent long-term investment over more than a decade has enabled the company to operate one of the most modern production bases in the country. In 2012, the company made significant investments in state-of-the-art production equipment, and in September of the same year one of the largest and most technologically advanced asphalt concrete and bitumen emulsion plants in Lithuania started operating. The high-capacity plant can produce up to 200 tonnes of asphalt concrete per hour, ensuring a stable supply, high productivity and impeccable quality control.
Top quality bitumen emulsions meet all environmental requirements
Our asphalt concrete is certified and meets all quality requirements, which are strictly controlled by the laboratory. We currently produce the following asphalt concrete mixtures: SMA 11 S, AC 11 VN, AC 11 VS, AC 11 AN, AC 16 AS, AC 16 PD, AC 16 AN, AC 22 PN, AC 22 PS, AC 22 AS, AC 32 PS, which are constantly being improved, and new ones are being developed. Thanks to our bitumen production workshop, which is based on a bitumen emulsion production unit, we supply a wide range of bitumen emulsions, both slow-setting and rapid-setting.
