UAB Autokausta is a Lithuanian-owned company operating since 1997 and holding all the necessary attestations and certificates. The company works in building construction and the construction of roads and streets, bridges and railways, and also produces concrete, asphalt and metal structures. In its work, the company combines long-standing experience with state-of-the-art construction technologies that ensure the highest quality, safety and efficiency of work.
In 2025, the company's turnover exceeded EUR 130 million. Our main clients are city and district municipalities, healthcare and educational institutions, companies that maintain, develop and operate road and railway infrastructure, the Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, farmers and agricultural companies, as well as other public institutions and private companies.

UAB Autokausta successfully delivers both public and private projects, adapting to the needs of each client and the specifics of each project.
The company continuously invests in modern technologies and production equipment. In 2025, the production base was equipped with LIEBHERR Betomat 3, the most advanced concrete batching plant in Europe, which makes it possible to produce high-performance, high-quality concrete. UAB Autokausta also owns its own asphalt and bitumen emulsion plant, a metal structures workshop and quarries, which gives it full control over production and the ability to respond quickly to market needs. Every year, the company produces about 150 thousand tonnes of asphalt, 2 thousand tonnes of bitumen emulsion, 1 thousand tonnes of polymer-modified bitumen and about 7 thousand tonnes of metal structures.
The company operates more than 500 units of heavy machinery and employs more than 800 people, including 70 qualified civil engineers. Our own plants, quarries and machinery allow us to ensure fast construction schedules, high quality of work and competitive prices. In addition, the company encourages employees to take part in training and professional development programmes, striving for continuous growth in professionalism.
UAB Autokausta pays particular attention to sustainability and the application of circular economy principles. The company introduces modern construction technologies that reduce energy consumption, optimise the use of resources and reduce the environmental impact of construction. This ensures that all projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to last, meeting both national and international quality standards.
