UAB Autokausta is a ready-mix concrete producer with many years of experience. Knowledge and production experience gathered over almost three decades, together with modern production lines, allow the company to offer high-quality concrete for both standard and non-standard engineering solutions.
The concrete produced by the company is certified, and its compliance with the applicable requirements of LST EN 206:2013+A2:2021 and LST 1974:2012 is confirmed by certificate of constancy of performance No. 04-22-319 issued by UAB Kiwa Inspecta.

We produce both normal concrete of strength classes C8/10 to C50/60 and special-purpose concrete mixtures: low-shrinkage concrete (for long or slender structures), concrete with low heat of hydration cements (suitable for massive structures), watertight concrete, frost-resistant concrete, and concrete resistant to carbonation, chlorides, sulphates and alkali-silica reaction.
Four production lines can produce up to 240 m³/h of various types of concrete at the same time. The LIEBHERR concrete batching plant alone has a capacity of up to 115 m³/h. The consistent quality of concrete mixtures is guaranteed by LIEBHERR production lines, which weigh the mixture components very precisely and mix the concrete to a uniform consistency.
A POLARMATIC thermal energy unit makes it possible to produce concrete mixtures of all required grades at +10 °C and warmer all year round in any weather conditions.
The company's modernised fleet makes it possible to deliver concrete mixtures to clients within a radius of up to 100 km around Kaunas. Where the concrete mixture has to be placed over a longer distance or at a certain height on the construction site, we offer concrete pumps. The concrete pumps are equipped with advanced hydraulic and control systems that allow concrete to be delivered quickly, accurately and safely even in the most difficult working conditions. The working height of the pump booms reaches up to 42 metres and their capacity up to 120 m³/h, so concreting works can be carried out efficiently on both high-rise and large-scale sites. In other cases, truck mixers with a capacity of up to 10 m³ can be used. In them, concrete mixtures are mixed periodically or continuously, maintaining the required consistency and technological properties throughout transport. If necessary, dump trucks are also used to transport concrete mixtures.
